Closing The Gaps

Closing the gaps was founded in 2013 but its founder have been active in the community for over 15 years. It is our mission that all children achieve success in life. Our objective is to bring our community together by shedding light to disparities and minimizing them through community projects and events, Mentor-ship, advocacy groups and educational groups. It is our goal that all youth achieve success in life. We hope that every adolescent is awarded the same opportunities as their peers, despite his or her challenges in life. It is our mission to provide children in The Piedmont-Triad area a chance to progressively build their self-esteem while closing the gaps of food insecurities through an expanded array of growth strategies.
